Scanning requires sign-in, internet and an available scan allowance. Reports are processed in the cloud. The original file is stored under your account, even when result sync is off.

CSV spreadsheet
For result rows in the MyBloodTest CSV format.
1.
Keep your original spreadsheet. Use a MyBloodTest CSV export as the format reference, including its column headers and IDs.

Save as CSV. An Excel workbook is a different file format.
3.
Open Settings, choose Sync, then Import Data. Select the CSV and check the import summary and saved results.
Third-party CSVs may need reformatting. Required result fields include id, biomarkerId, value, unit and date; biomarker IDs must match the app. CSV rows do not restore scanned report files or their page links.

MyChart & C-CDA
For supported numeric lab observations in a patient portal export.
1.
Download a Continuity of Care Document (CCD) from your patient portal. If it comes in a ZIP, extract the XML file first.
2.
Open Settings, choose Sync, then Import Data and select the C-CDA XML file.

Check the import summary, dates and units. Unmapped codes and unsupported observations may be skipped.
Available on iOS, Android and web. Hospital exports differ. This imports a file; it does not create a live portal connection or transfer your complete medical record.
Keep your originals. Check your results.
File imports in the mobile app can remain local. Web results require sign-in and cloud storage. Apple Health wellness sync is separate from clinical Health Records imports; check the options in your installed app.
Download the report first, then use the PDF route above. Export options depend on your provider and account. These are file imports, not direct account connections.
